How It Works

Steps #

1. Get Token and RefreshToken #

Use API KEY to get Token and RefreshToken, Token will expired in 1 hour, RefreshToken will expired in 24 hours.

2. Greate Claim #

Each claim can add up to 20 images to do damage detection.

3. Upload Images #

Upload photos for analysis, recommended resolution is 4032 X 3024. The minimum resolution is 2400 X 1800, low resolution may cause inaccurate analysis results.

4. Add Image to Claim #

Use URL, ThumbnailURL, Angle (receive from step 3) to add image to the claim.

5. Send Damage Detection Analysis Request #

Analysis usually need wait between 20 sec to 1 mins.

6. Get Damage Detection Result #
